Seabird also employees individuals locally. DAY PROGRAM SERVICES FOR STATE OF CT DEPARTMENT OF DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES CLIENTS. THEY ARE PROVIDED WITH SUPPORT AND TRAINING FOR PLACEMENT WITHIN THE COMMUNITY AS SELF SUFFICIENT INDIVIDUALS.
