Uniting us towards a healthier Frederick County New 20252028 Local Health Improvement Priorities The next step in building community health involves bringing together members of the public and community partners to form local health improvement planning Workgroups. Anyone interested in joining a Workgroup to address one or more of the priorities is welcome. Diverse voices will strengthen the foundations of community health. Current Priorities These priorities were selected through a robust assessment process with substantial community input within the Community Health Needs Assessment CHNA process.
