He’s a perfect example of why cats should be indoors and neutered (or spayed). These abandoned, intact, thrown away cats are literally killing each other out there. He’s safe, and he’ll recover and be up for adoption after all of his vetting and once he’s back to health, but our hearts break for all of the ones who don’t get rescued.
