Provide a drug, alcohol, free environment that fosters rehabilitative support and activities to assist individuals recovering from substance abuse and behavior addictions; furnish a place for peer support recovery groups to meet; contribute to personal and social growth of said individuals, their families and friends; and promote awareness of the nature of addiction, the value of recovery, treatment and prevention.
