Message from Our Founder Heart to Heart Changing Lives One at a Time The idea for The Bass Foundation emerged while I was watching a story on the news many years ago. I saw people on a train distributing clothing food and toys to underprivileged kids and was immediately drawn to this sense of handson charitable giving. I realized that it was the personal connections with our recipients that would mold us and inspire us to become the foundation that we are today.
