Serving the cultural, psychological & socio-economic needs of refugees & immigrants since 1984 The Ethiopian Community Association of Chicago is a non-profit, mutual aid organization committed to serving the educational, cultural, and economic needs of refugees and immigrants in Chicago and surrounding areas. ECAC facilitates the adjustment and development of its constituency by offering programs in the areas of advocacy, education, and community outreach.
