BASICALLY, THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION PROVIDES A VEHICLE BY WHICH CITIZENS CAN RAISE MONEY FOR SPECIFIC PROJECTS THAT WILL BE OWNED BY THE CITY OF TWIN FALLS OR ANOTHER LOCAL GOVERNMENT ENTITY.
