SUNDAY, APRIL 27th ~ Chef Matt Lombardo takes on the ‘Mystery Box Challenge’ in Highfield’s kitchen. Think Chopped, only you’ll participate by bringing surprise ingredients for Chef Matt to choose from. Presented with the mystery theme of ‘Summer Barbeque’, Chef Matt will create an appetizer, entrée, and dessert using our pantry and your ingredients. Chef Matt will share his philosophy of cooking as he plans his approach to mystery ingredients and talks through each step of the process. You will leave encouraged to think outside the box and let your culinary instincts lead the way to creating pleasing flavor profiles, balanced dishes, and of course, presentation.
