WASCA Home Page Welcome to WASCA WASCA is the Washington Area Square Dancers Cooperative Association. It is an organization run by dancers for dancers that includes members in the District of Columbia Maryland Delaware Virginia and West Virginia. WASCA includes square dance clubs round dance clubs and clogging groups. WASCA was formed in October 1956 to provide an organizational structure to host a 1957 regional danceconvention in the DC area.
