Originally opened as an Orphanage in 1914 Kemmerer Village has grown to include residential treatments services and Foster Care and Adoption Services for children and families throughout Illinois. Kemmerer Village is a mission of the Presbyterian Church. The Kemmerer Village Foundation handles all donations and fundraising activities to support the mission of Kemmerer Village.
