Located on the west side of Byrd Park the Carillon neighborhood is a vibrant and diverse residential area in the heart of Richmond Virginia. Named for the historic bell tower that is the centerpiece of Byrd Park the Carillon neighborhood is architecturally rich and culturally diverse with a long tradition of civic engagement. The Carillon Civic Association CCA founded in 1968 is the Carillon neighborhoods community association. It is governed by a Board of Directors and supported by various committees and invites all neighborhood residents to become members.
