7152847058 Interfaith Volunteers 7152847058 Interfaith Volunteers Our Mission Volunteers of Jackson County Interfaith put their faith in action by using their gifts and talentsto serve those living in our area communities. 2024 Direct Mail Campaign Community Volunteer Programs Services Dementia Respite Day Program Dementia Respite Day Program Dementia Respite Day Program Respite offered twice per week Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 3pm with trained staff and volunteer. Grocery to Go Program Dementia Respite Day Program Dementia Respite Day Program Home delivered groceries ordered through Hansens IGA and WalMart Pickups by Interfaith Volunteers. Transportation Dementia Respite Day Program JUMP Mentoring Program Scheduled rides for clients in need of transportation to medical appointments shopping or errands by volunteer drivers.
