Get outside this month and participate in the Bio Blitz! This year, we are a host and Bio Blitz location as part of @msuscifest the entire month of April! 1. To participate, stop by the nature center to grab one of the FREE nature journals from our office open Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. We also have them available outside at our visitor kiosk at the main parking lot for those visiting after hours or on weekends! You will need to bring your own writing Utensil ✏️ 2. Download the free iNaturalist app. Set up is easy and submitting observations is fun! Be sure to join the 2025 MSU Science Festival Bio Blitz Project so your data is included. 3. Hit the trails and observe every plant, animal, and insect you can find! 🐢☀️🐝🌸 Please be respectful and keep a safe distance away from wildlife. If you get so close to the animal that it runs away, that’s too close! There is no foraging allowed at DNC. We can’t wait to see what you discover this month!🐝🌸✨ (fb)
