Supporting High School Football Player Participation and Safety Established in 2010 the Silvio Cella Family Foundation supports participation and player safety and helps studentathletes and coaches excel on the football Field and more importantly to prepare young men for college careers and family. Since 2010 we have impacted high school football 120000 Donated to football programs across Massachusetts 2500 High school football players benefited from our grants 40 Donated to football programs across Massachusetts Silvio Cella was the head football coach and athletic director at Revere High for 49 years. He coached two undefeated teams won Five Greater Boston League Championships and in 1973 his RHS Patriots played in Super Bowl . He was inducted into the Massachusetts High School Football Coaches Hall of Fame and the National Football Federation Hall of Fame.
