Chinese-American Planning Council, Inc.’s mission is to serve the Chinese-American, immigrant and TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF RESIDENTS IN QUEENS, NEW YORK BY OPERATING AND MAINTAINING FACILITIES WHICH PROVIDE COMMUNITY AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND FOSTER EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY.
