I’m In Coaching Best builds men and women for others. We connect people, schools, business, NGOs, missions and churches in meeting genuine needs in our communities and globally. We develop leaders through serving others. We support every teammate in discovering their unique strengths, passion and place. Our service adventures build servant leaders. Each new adventure is led students from the previous adventure, unless it is an inaugural adventure. Coaches partner with students to build leadership skills and purpose. Inspiration and passion become the fuel for growth. We meet genuine needs by coming alongside partners already leading sustainable organizations. We help meet their needs with our teams’ heart, abilities and skills. We gain a broader vision and tighter personal purpose
