TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE AND PROVIDE INSPIRATION AND OPPORTUNITY FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE BLIND AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED THROUGH EMPLOYMENT, OUTREACH, REHABILITATION, EDUCATION, AND RESEARCH.
