IT IS SUPPORTED BY DONATIONS AND GRANTS. A STAFF OF VOLUNTEERS AND VOLUNTEER PHYSICIANS AND MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS DISPENSE MEDICAL SERVICES AT A NOMINAL COST BASED ON THE PATIENT'S ABILITY TO PAY.
