As the Jewish community populations within the Greater Washington area continue to grow, the financial needs unfortunately continue to increase as well. Yad Yehuda runs the only Kosher food pantry as well as the only Tomchei Shabbos program in the Greater Washington area. Yad Yehuda assist hundreds of individuals and families in the Greater Washington area who are struggling financially and having trouble keeping up with basic living expenses. Guided by the many different community Rabbonim, Yad Yehuda responds to each request, always preserving the dignity and confidentiality of individuals and families in need.
