Community Works seeks to catalyze our collective power to transform justice through programs and policy rooted in humanity and healing. #RestorativeJustice Community Works disrupts and heals the harm of our failed justice systems through direct service and advocacy that promotes diversion, supports reentry, builds individual capacity and connects familie.s Community Works's mission is to engage youth and adults in programs that interrupt and heal the far-reaching impacts of incarceration and violence by empowering individuals, families, and communities. The agency's long-term goal is to radically reduce the number of individuals entering and re-entering the juvenile and criminal justice systems, and to lessen those systems' impacts on affected communities, particularly low-income communities of color.
