Nicanor inc - Online Our Mission HELP THOSE IN NEED FEED the hungry GIVE WHAT WE CAN Richard Starr Chairman Meet Our Team Nicanor devotesits energy to feeding Cecil County residents in need everyone from the working poor who cant make ends meet to the homeless. Our Agape programsends food bags home to over 193 school children in 12 schools every week for kids who dont get enough to eat on weekends when there are no school meals. Our meals program serves hot meals to to the hungry several nights a week around the county. We are an allvolunteer group always grateful to those who can help with donations of food money or an encouraging word.
