Since it was incorporated in 1996 CADH has and continues to convene engage mobilize and support Connecticuts local health departments and fortify their leadership role in establishing healthier Connecticut communities. CADH is a taxexempt organization under Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code and is a state affiliate of the National Association of County and City Health Officials.
