The Friends of the Army Women's Museum Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports the U.S. Army Women's Museum in preserving the legacy of Army women. Army women’s history is preserved and shared here—We are the nonprofit organization that supports the U.S. Army Women’s Museum. The Friends of the Army Women's Museum Association provides essential financial and volunteer support to the U.S. Army Women's Museum at Fort Lee, Virginia. Our goals, which are defined by the Museum's Director, are to ensure that the Museum's programs, exhibits and collections are inclusive of all the time periods Army women have served and are accessible to the largest number of people possible. Our focus includes assisting the Museum's development as a premier educational and cultural resource to its community. The Friends Association solicits individual, community and corporate support to meet the Museum's needs.
