About us Together we stand and divided we fall. Home of the Foot Soldiers Our Mission The purpose of the Civil Rights Activist Committee is to document the countless stories of Foot Soldiers through the collection of their names and addresses in order to devise an active database and a written record of their stories. It is also mainstreamed on the movement by engaging in workshops seminars and speaking engagements throughout the city of Birmingham the State of Alabama and any state within this nation. Such engagements include workshops at elementary secondary and post secondary educational institutions churches and special events using a hands on training method as the key to the educational process.
