At Helping Our Women, our mission is to provide supportive services and empower women on Outer Cape! Helping Our Women's mission is to educate, empower, and support all women living with serious or chronic health conditions in our rural region as well as provide all women with health and wellness education programs. Services include case management, weekly support groups, transportation to medical appointments, and financial assistance. HOW has an open-door policy to provide referrals and advocacy to all community members. The service area is Provincetown, Truro, Wellfleet, and Eastham on Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
