It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for charitable purposes. The purposes for which this corporation is formed are exclusively charitable within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.Emerging Industries Training Institute, Inc. is licensed to teach within the entire State of Michigan, currently focused on the economically challenged urban areas.
