HBS is a leadership program committed to preparing Indiana's best and brightest for tomorrow's challenges by simulating the state's political process. Annual Leadership and Educational Program THE PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO EDUCATE AND TRAIN BOYS IN UNDERSTANDING THE DEMOCRATIC FORM OF GOVERNMENT IN THE UNITED STATES.

It builds important realworld skills and leadership qualities in exceptional young men by creating a functional state government based on Indianas political process. During this weeklong program they will actively collaborate to establish platforms for two madeup parties participate in elections propose laws negotiate bills and enforce the established legislation from the local up to the state level.
