Justin Larkins, an ICU nurse at Corewell Health Lakeland Hospitals - St. Joseph Hospital, found his passion for nursing at age 22. And now, with years of experience, he loves making a real impact in patients' lives. Justin thrives on the daily challenges and teamwork required in the ICU. His dedication is evident in his roles and certifications, including helping to create a mentorship program to support a healthy work environment. With all the work going on, Justin’s patients remain at the forefront of what he does daily. “Seeing any patient leave the unit is a major accomplishment and something the whole team feels pride in,” Justin says.
