The Young Black Leadership Alliance of Charlotte and Atlanta Creating a New Reality through Leadership, Education, and Service. At YBLA, we develop young black leaders to have a positive impact in their community and beyond. We focus on helping our young people become leaders that are college and career ready. As our young leaders strive to succeed, they are trained to reach back and mentor elementary, middle and high school students. We achieve our goals through Leadership, Service, and Education.

#BTP25 has officially touched down in Belize. This is the first group heading to Belize in 2025 for #YBLA’s global service initiative and they’re already making an impact. From painting classrooms and setting up a computer lab to starting construction on our third home build, they’re serving with purpose and heart.
