Our Vision: To see vital, growing, historic churches in every New England town, reaching their communities for Christ.Our Mission: To recruit, coach, and support pastors to serve in these churches.Our Strategy: Overseed's focus is to help replant declining, historic New England churches. Strategically, these churches are a key missional method for reaching New England for Christ; they already have a building and resources, as well as historical and relational connections to their communities. Overseed also cultivates the development of ongoing pastoral support groups, or cohorts, for pastors in replant positions, led by Hub pastors.
