First Grace Community Alliance
The mission of FGCA is to work with and for people in need, especially women and their children, by meeting food, housing and other emergency needs, while simultaneously challenging systemic poverty in the greater New Orleans area. The mission of Hagar’s House, the primary program within FGCA, is to be a sanctuary for women and children in New Orleans by providing an open and empowering residential community, resource coordination and a safe space to transition into permanent housing.
