The Mission of the Drug Abuse Foundation is to convert public and private resources into a service system to encourage and support the process of recovery from chemical addiction, to promote drug-free living and mental well-being. Our Vision is that of a united team working together to deliver the most qualitative, cost-effective and responsive services possible: always choosing to be challenged by faith rather than driven by fear in the pursuit of creating environments where people find what they need to change their lives. The mission of the Center for Women and Children is: Facilitating substance-free mothers giving birth to substance-free babies; and promoting healthy parent-child relationships.
