Player Code of Conduct Player Code of Conduct The Cape Ann Youth Lacrosse Organization CAYL or the Organization requires that all players and participants in its activities abide by the Player Code of Conduct the Code as described herein. The Code is specifically designed to create a safe and respectful environment for all involved. It is also created to address the desire of CAYL to allow for positive character development among the players and to encourage ethical behavior. The essential elements of character building and ethics in sports are embodied in the concept of sportsmanship and six core principles trustworthiness respect responsibility fairness caring and good citizenship.
