Willow Wind Community Assocation – Supporting Our School Willow Wind Community Assocation Supporting Our School Welcome What is the Willow Wind Community Association. The WWCA is a volunteer group of parents that coordinates with teachers and staff to support special projects at Willow Wind and to conduct community outreach much like a PTO or PTA at other public schools. WWCA conducts events and fundraisers that bring our community together and raise funds for items outside of the regular school budget. WWCA meetings are held every month generally on the second Friday just after dropoff.
