Changing lives, not just circumstances. Financial Opportunity Center. Center for Changing Lives (CCL) envisions a community where everyone thrives. Therefore, the organization partners with those held back by lack of resource and economic opportunity in order to uncover possibilities, overcome barriers, and realize their potential. CCL's work connects people, resources and opportunities to build households' economic capacity to achieve their goals. CCL partners with Chicagoans seeking to make a change in three core ways: coaching on financial, employment and resource mobilization goals that enhance lives, training and skill enhancement opportunities, and advocacy and organizing on economic policies and practices that open up opportunities and resources.
