Bridging Hearts is a non-profit organization connecting isolated and lonely young adults with learning disabilities and autism spectrum disorder Connect. Belong. Matter. Connect. Belong. Matter. Our mission is to bring young adults with autism and learning differences out of isolation with social connections through membership, a private online website and social events. The overall goal of Bridging Hearts is to improve the quality of members’ and their families’ lives by building a community of peers that enables members to feel valued by others, creating opportunities for social interactions, helping members make friends, gain confidence, and build independence.
