ODT will educate local businesses in the area on the advantages of hiring with criminals histories and also provide them with the information on the Federal Bonding Program Work Opportunity Tax Credit and the North Carolina DIvision of Workplace Development which also provides incentives on hiring individuals with criminal histories.
