Welcome to the Tri County region’s premier veterinary experience. RappCats is a nonprofit organization working to help the stray, abused, abandoned, and unwanted cats of Rappahannock County. We offer a central point of contact to provide information and options for low-cost spay/neuter, veterinary care, temporary and permanent homes. Our immediate mission is to create a sustainable cat rescue for our community.
