SCAGO was formed in 2002 by local school and community leaders. SCAGO was originallysponsored by the South Carolina Association of School Administrators SCASA and the South Carolina Association of School Business Officials SCASBO. SCAGO is a notforprofit corporation formed under the laws of the State of South Carolina and is governed by a Board of Directors made up ofnine individuals with diverse professional backgrounds including school business officials school superintendents and local community leaders.
