ABUNDANT LIVING CENTER
Abundant Living Center is establish to provide evidence-based education utilizing a "lifestyle medicine" approach to dramatically prevent and reduce the rate of cancer, particularly in underserve communities within the cancer belt. Three modules for education consist of 1) Nutrition Therapy...from the American Institute Cancer Research emphasizing a more plant-based diet, 2) Cooking Instruction...for individual cooking stations teaching basic principle of how to incorporate cancer fighting foods in meal planning, and 3) Productive Gardening Classes... that's 95% weed-free and sustainable year round!
