MSU Administrative Professional Association Welcome Welcome to the Michigan State University Administrative Professional Association MSU APA. REPRESENTING OVER 3000 union positions the MSU APA is the largest labor union on the campus of Michigan State University. The MSU APA contains nonsupervisory support staff that work in a variety of disciplines within the University in more than 350 administrative professional classifications at MSUs main campus in East Lansing Michigan as well as several satellite campuses around the state of Michigan. Each member of the APA is also a member of the Michigan Education Association MEA and the National Education Association NEA the largest and most influential labor union in the state of Michigan and the United States respectively.
