🌈 LGBTQ+ Support Group returns September 10 🌈 PAAR is offering an open support group for LGBTQ+ adults (18+) who have experienced sexual trauma. Together we’ll build community, explore shame, learn coping strategies, and practice grounding. Each session includes: ✔ Weekly check-ins ✔ Group-driven & self-reflective activities ✔ Grounding practices ✔ Space to share—at your pace 🗓 Wednesdays (Starting on September 10) 🕕 6:00–7:30 PM ET (Virtual - Link sent after registration) 👥 Not required to be a current PAAR client.
