TO PROVIDE STANDARDIZED TRAINING METHODS, RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ALL MEMBER ATHLETES, COACHES AND JUDGES TO UTILIZE FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE SPORT OF BATON TWIRLING IN THE WORLD AND TO PROVIDE THESE COUNTRIES WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPATE AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE SPORT OF BATON TWIRLING.
