CASA for Kids provides court appointed volunteer advocacy for children who have experienced abuse or neglect in Clay, Clinton, Effingham, Fayette, Franklin, Hamilton, Jasper, Marion & White Counties. casa4change.org/news-events/upcoming-events.html The mission of CASA is to provide volunteers for court based advocacy to speak up for the best interest of abused and neglected children in Franklin County Juvenile Court. We will seek and monitor to assure safe. permanent and loving families for the children we serve.
