The mission of the Syladium Fund, Inc. is to alleviate the financial burden of working persons and families who incur extraordinary health care expenses. The intent of the Fund is to intervene with the health care provider in a timely manner to prevent debt attributable to unpaid fees due the health care provider from being transferred to a secondary debt collector such as a debt collection agency or medical care financing firm. The ultimate goal is to help provide a stable fiscal future for Fund clients.
