Congratulations to Prince and Peter! Prince lost his home when his owner passed away. The owner’s son wanted to take him, but found out family members were allergic so Prince was brought to nycacc. He was transferred to us and yesterday, through our Seniors for Seniors, 13-year-old Prince found his second chance. Peter reports that he’s doing well so far! Our Seniors for Seniors program (which covers the future medical care of a senior cat for the rest of his/her life when adopted by a senior citizen) has placed well over 60 senior cats that might not have found a second chance otherwise.
