Gorgeous, sweet babies looking for homes! We are over capacity at the moment with loads of cats of every age and all looking for their forever homes! Our Senior Prom, which highlights our Seniors for Seniors Program is next Saturday, June 7th from 12-5 p.m. at 34 Hamilton Avenue. While the event highlights the Seniors Program (where we cover the reasonable future medical expenses for senior cats adopted by senior citizens), cats of all ages will be up for adoption. Tours of the sanctuary will be given, kids can go on a scavenger hunt and all can make catnip toys to bring home to their furry kids. Meet Trixie! Trixie is 10 years old and ended up at Animal Care Centers of NYC (ACC) after her owner lost their home. She is scheduled to have dental surgery and following that she will be ready for a home! She’s super sweet — and although she won’t be ready for a home when we have our Senior Prom (next Saturday, June 7th at 34 Hamilton Avenue, Oyster Bay from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.) you can meet her! Trixie will be available through our Seniors for Seniors Program, where we cover her future reasonable medical expenses when adopted by a senior citizen. #seniorsforseniors #catoftheday (fb)
