EMERGE 125 INC
EMERGE125 is a Black female-led dance company that expands the reach and impact of dance through creation, performance, and education. EMERGE125 is a diverse, Black female-led hub for dance performance, creation, and education. Helmed by Artistic Director Tiffany Rea-Fisher, EMERGE125’s work emphasizes three main objectives: CREATE with and for a corps of professional dancers; EDUCATE individuals in the art of movement and appreciation of live dance performance; and ENGAGE an ever-growing audience through community-building and civic engagement activities. At the heart of each objective is the idea that movement can and should be used as a tool for expanding understanding and promoting social change. From community dance classes to stadiums filled with thousands of spectators, with affordable, accessible entry points for those from ages 6 to 60+, E125 makes dance truly democratic.

PERICLES: A PUBLIC WORKS CONCERT EXPERIENCE August 29 - September 2, 2025 EMERGE125 Artistic Director Tiffany Rea-Fisher returns to The Public Theater's Public Works series to choreograph Shakespeare's “Pericles” at the historic Cathedral of St. John the Divine. Keep an eye out for EMERGE125's appearance in this year’s production as one of the five cameo groups.
