Do you know how Maple Syrup is made? Want to check it out first hand? Anna Rusk will be boiling the sap collected from the maple tree at school at Hoyt Park on Sunday, March 30th. She will get there around 9:30 to start a fire near the Roys shelter. Park at the main parking lot then walk across the sports field and down the trail. Planning to be there until about 11:30. Probably won't be boiled down to syrup at that point, but we can see how far it's progressing. If it's really precipitating or below 25° we will cancel. Hope to see you then! (fb)

We keep a collection of shoes and boots for children who need to borrow a pair at school. We are in need of very gently used and gender neutral (if possible) boots for 3-4 year olds and shoes for 2 year olds and 4-5 year olds. If you have any donations that meet those requirements feel free to bring them to the office. (fb)
