TIER rescues abused, neglected, abandoned, and unwanted horses. TIER - True Innocents Equine Rescue - provides rescue/sanctuary for mistreated, abandoned, and neglected horses in need of a safe place to land, room to breathe without demands or the need for defense, and to heal. A place to mend, be loved, cared for, and to be valued for who they are. Your contributions are utilized for all expenses associated with providing long-term care for our horses. Care expenses include hay, hay pellets, senior feed, supplies, Vet care, Farrier care, Dental care, enrichment, enclosures, facility maintenance, etc. Many issues and unfortunate situations affect horses. TIER exists solely to ensure that the horses that come to our facility have a second chance at a safe, healthy, comfortable life. The road has not always been easy for these wonderful animals.
