Home Vision Beyond The Ordinary Westmoreland County Blind Association provides a place and a purpose for people living with sight impairments or intellectual challenges. Those we serve enrich our lives and communities too. We share a dynamic environment of mutual respect cando attitudes and the choice for rewarding work. WCBA also provides vision screenings for area children and promotes greater independence for area residents living with vision loss.
