The WCBA provides services and programs for individuals with visual, intellectual and physical disabilities. The mission of this corporation is to improve the quality of life of the blind and the visually impaired and to assist in the prevention of blindness in Westmoreland County.

Home Vision Beyond The Ordinary Westmoreland County Blind Association provides a place and a purpose for people living with sight impairments or intellectual challenges. Those we serve enrich our lives and communities too. We share a dynamic environment of mutual respect cando attitudes and the choice for rewarding work. WCBA also provides vision screenings for area children and promotes greater independence for area residents living with vision loss.
